My Neighbor Totoro Movie + Bento Box

Join us for a fun-filled Japanese cultural immersion experience as we partner with locally owned Tara Theatre to bring you two special showings of My Neighbor Totoro along with delicious and traditional Bento Boxes on Tuesday July 9th and Sunday, July 14th. 

My Neighbor Totoro is a Studio Ghibli Classic. Two sisters move to the country with their father in order to be closer to their hospitalized mother, and discover the surrounding trees are inhabited by Totoros, magical spirits of the forest. When the youngest runs away from home, the older sister seeks help from the spirits to find her.

Nakato will be creating traditional Bento Boxes filled with a variety of Japanese favorites and bringing them directly to The Tara for guests to enjoy, while watching one of Studio Ghibli's most beloved films.
